Kushiagi is Japanese deep-fried food. The hotel I'm staying at had Kushiagi restaurant and as the weather is getting rainy, I decided to eat here. The menu I chose had ten pieces of the chef's choosing and was very filling.
Oysters are a local delicacy in Hiroshima. They have a different flavour to Australian oysters (or American oysters). The place where I had lunch does them steamed in the shell. Also had scallop nigiri sushi.
